Things are beautiful here in Chicago- it has finally cooled off, and it was a great weekend for sun & fun. Went to a barbeque, a house-warming, and had a picnic on Sunday. Fun times! Sometimes it is nice to kick back from the whole comedy gig and take a load off. I have been seriously thinking about trying stand up again... which means I have got to get into gear and finally write some stuff down instead of improvising every night. I hope to work with a group called The Hysterical Women, friends of friends. They do stand up and some other performance-y stuff. More on that to come.
